Distractions are everywhere, we are constantly pulled in many different areas and are bombarded daily with random thoughts and ideas that often times hinder us from accomplishing our goals. Being more intentional about your life and goals is really about discipline, setting yourself up mentally and physically in the direction of your goals. Creating a outline or plan to follow on purpose that will help you to intentionally stay focused. Below are 5 ways you can start to be more intentional about your Life. Try to incorporate these few tips into your life and stay focus on the way to accomplishing your dreams.
1. Write Down Your Goals!
This helps you to see your vision and will give you direction about where you want to go or what you want to accomplish with your life. Write down your career goals, family goals, spiritual goals, whatever place you want to be in your life. Start to write down your thoughts.
2. Write Down Action Steps
Actions Steps are practical things that you can do and plan to do to help you reach your goals. For example if your goal is to save money for the year, a action step may be to open a savings account or setup a $20 automatic weekly transfers to your savings account. Actions Steps can be a number of things you may need to do to accomplish your overall goals.
3. Invest In A Planner
Start planning things out. plan your weeks, plan your months, plan your days, having a planner keeps you on task and it is a great way to track your progress. Began to plug those action steps into your days, weeks and months and commit to completing them.

4. Commit To Doing 1 Thing Daily
This will very depending on what goals your looking to accomplish. Committing to do one small task daily will ultimately bring you closer to your goals, It is 1 step further from your action steps. Now each day you going to pick somthing small you can do, it may seem insignificant but it will bring you one step closer to your goals, it could be to encourage someone, respond to emails, pray, read etc.
5. Pray For Focus
We truly need God in every thing that we do. There will be times of discouragement, days where we loose focus or just don’t feel like doing anything. During those times we need Jesus to help us stay focused on our vision and encouraged. Prayer and discipline is key!
